The admission into medical courses will be offered through national level entrance exams. The NEET is a national level entrance exam which is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
Through this exam, candidates can get admission in any university or college in the state on the basis of scoring marks and rank.
NEET (National Entrance Cum Eligibility Test), JIPMER (Jawaharlal Postgraduate Medical Education & Research) and AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Science) are the national level exams which are conducted for admission in medical courses.

Rajasthan MBBS/BDS Admission 2019
Candidates are advised to first read the eligibility criteria given below and then proceed to fill the NEET 2019 application form. If any candidate will find to be ineligible in later stage their candidature will be canceled by the concerned authority.
- Candidate should belong to Indian national.
- OCI candidates can also apply.
- The lower age is 17 years as on 31st December at the year of admission and the upper age is 25 years. There is a 5 years of age relaxation for SC/ST categories.
- Candidates should clear the 12th class with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English subject from any recognized board.
- In the qualifying exam, the candidate should have obtained 50% minimum marks (40% for reserved category candidates).
- Appearing candidates are also eligible to apply.
The selection of the candidates will be followed by the centralized counselling procedure. Candidates have to register on the counselling website to participate in the counselling.
The document verification is mandatory in order to be eligible for the counselling. Candidates have to fill the preferences of colleges as per their choices.
On the basis of choice filled by the candidate, their obtained rank and availability of seats in the participating colleges, the seats will be allotted to the candidates. After seat allotment procedure, candidates can report to the college for getting admission.
Candidates are instructed to carry the original documents along with the one set of self attested photocopy on the day of counselling.
